    Love it at ha ha. Slowly learning how to run properly. The stairs will always kick me in the butt no matter what type of shape I am in.

    Hammy went last tuesday. Tried it again. No go. Back to the bike/eliptical for two weeks. Thankful I built in 2 extra weeks in my training.
