    Legs felt surprisingly good. Did a two mile jog then did 5 times hard up the sand dirt hill that is about 25 yards in length. Finished with a chill mile back to house.

      Dude! What a freakin' accomplishment! Yeah, we followed you both during the race and I can only imagine how hot and beat you must have been during the run. The website said it was 86deg at the finish around 5 or 6pm! Considering the conditions, I think you did awesome. Congrats!

      Thanks Nick! Yeah at 3pm I think it was around 90 or so degrees. Looking back on it now that I recovered a bit and took a hiatus from working out, I had fun and want to do better. Maybe in a year or two I'll attempt another IM.
