Tried the Jeff Galloway 10k..3 minute warmup, 1min run/1min walk ratio. Not so sure about this plan!!

    I do the 1/1 ratios...try that first...it might work out better for you..I swear by the method..it has gotten me through 4 half-marys and countless other runs...
