    Mile 2 to 3 was a struggle. But the rest was ok. The weather was perfect at 6:00. However the deer on the trail were scary.

    Belle Isle is one of my favorite places to run. Friday morning I ran .75 miles and walked .25 miles 4 times. My goal was to do each one under 6:20.
