Man, I am doing terrible logging in my miles! I am trying to spend less time on the computer/facebook. Less time means less adding workouts to DM on time. I will have to sit down and add a few other runs I did the past few weeks. Hope everyone it good!!! I still read but adding comments on my phone can be a pain in the ass. Tiny keyboard sucks sometimes. ;o)

Great run! you should come out to Second Sole on Wednesday nights. They have group runs that starts a 6:30. They run 4.15miles.
