great Running the Beach 5.74 km 00:35 09:44 pace

What a fantastic night for a run! The humidity has broken and the breeze off the water at the beach was refreshing! Broke up my run with the antique car show and a frothy beverage while the band was setting up for their live performance at the 24 weeks of summer celebration. Took a long and winding road home through rankin river road while I sipped on a chocolate milk. Excited about running my goal race on Monday, the 13K Shore to Shore and I feel READY! :-)
