      Haha! When I first started running, I listened to music and did the same thing. I don't listen to music anymore when I run, but if I did, I'm sure I'd have a favorite song on repeat.

      @Pamela, I got the New Balance Minimus WT10BP. Ordered them online at Joe's New Balance Outlet for $70 (reg. $105). Also, they run a little small so I ordered 1 full size up from my normal shoe size. They are fantastic!

    I try to do these naked runs once a week. They are so liberating! I think everyone should do them every once in a while. Ditch all the gadgets and go!

    Well, a bug flew in my eye a little over a mile in so that sucked but went ok after I managed to rub it out (eeeeeewwww!). I love the smell of the honeysuckle along the trail.
