I walked/jogged 5 minutes to warm up, then tried out a real speed workout for the 1st time in a long time.
Two 400s @7:30 with .1 jog (10:00 jog) in between
Two 400s @7:30 with .15 jog (10:00)
Two 400s @7:24 with .15 jog
One 400 @7:19 with .15 jog
One 400 @6:58 with 5 minute cool down jog of .47

    Amazing that it will be one of the shortest distances of the week, yet I was sweating buckets and my HR was @ max. Such a tough but awesome workout. (The HR dropped appropriately per jogging break, but boy my body wasn't sure wth I was doing to it today hahaha)
