This run was many things. It was later than scheduled, so high noon and way too hot/sunny (bringing no water due to broken hydration belt didn't help). It was beautiful and fragrant, but activated the allergies to a crazy level...lots of coughing sneezing, etc.
MOST IMPORTANTLY it was easy on the legs and AWESOME for the mind. HAPPY RUNNING!!!!

Nice run! I just got back from an 8 miler and I never would have survived w/out my handheld water, it was hot out there!

This is great to read ... the belt can be replaced but the progress in your rehab is noted by the ease and joy of a painless 8 miler. Outstanding!
