This run was many things. It was later than scheduled, so high noon and way too hot/sunny (bringing no water due to broken hydration belt didn't help). It was beautiful and fragrant, but activated the allergies to a crazy level...lots of coughing sneezing, etc.
MOST IMPORTANTLY it was easy on the legs and AWESOME for the mind. HAPPY RUNNING!!!!
