Yes. I dragged myself to PT. Joe feels better and hasn't gotten sick since some time last night. Lexi hasn't gotten sick since around 10:30ish this morning and has kept down saltines and pedialite. I have no appetite and am beyond tired, but NEEDED to get out - even if it was for nasty Graston (still all bruised from Tuesday). We took it easy on strength and I promised to do the rest of the stretches at home, lol. Worth it for the Graston, though.


i give you a ton of credit for dragging yourself out! Get some rest!

I am not 100% but am not nearly as sick as Joe and Lexi. Just no appetite, some "tummy trouble" and feeling really tired. Lexi and I napped from 2-3:30. Now she's @ home w/ daddy and I'm @ the Y watching Liam swim. Can't wait to go back to bed, lol. Ugh...
