got my bike out for the first time since i've been back in england last night and followed peter on his evening run. actually, i'd pass him, double back, find him, pass him again while he did a 10 K run. i'm guessing i rode at least twice the distance he ran. good to be back on my bike, but totally lacking in bike finesse. obv. need to ride more.
