I will never take non-injured running for granted again. I long for the days of nothing hurting when I run - did what I could, which wasn't much! Lots of walking breaks when the pain got bad - time for ice....

    Yup running injured is not fun I always say to myself when I'm injured that I would take a pain free slow rain rather than an injured run any day. Nice job pushing through the pain to get those miles in Shannon!
