  1. RUN
alright San Francisco Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:19 10:36 pace

This race was super crowded and the hills were pretty monstrous. At least I got a Tiffany's necklace from some good looking firefighters. ;-)

  2. RUN
good Staten Island Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:30 11:27 pace

Ran this slow because I'm getting ready for San Francisco next week, but it was a fun easy race and now I can officially say I've run a race in all five boroughs!

  3. RUN
good GTS Mission Workout 4 mi 00:40 10:00 pace

Practice was led by our honored teammates: we ran laps, heard about their struggles, did strength work and ended with a silent mile. It was inspirational and a great workout.

  4. RUN
    good Bronx 10M 10 mi 01:39 09:56 pace

Felt good to run this though I would have liked to run a bit faster. This was a hilly course though and it was challenging.

  5. RUN
good New Jersey Run 11 mi 01:50 10:00 pace

I always love running here. I'm coming down with a cold so this didn't go quite as well as I would have liked, but it was still a good run.

  6. RUN
    good GTS 5 mi 00:50 10:00 pace

A mile time trial that I ran in right around 8:00. And then 800 repeats at race pace. A solid workout, felt good.

  7. RUN
    good GTS 6 mi 01:00 10:00 pace

Only got to run part of this because I had to leave practice early in order to grab brunch with Kayla.

  8. RUN
alright Bay Ridge Run 11.96 mi 02:12 11:02 pace

This run didn't go very well at all. It was humid and I think my shoes need to be replaced because by the end I was just sore and tired. I ended up cutting my run about 2 miles short.

  9. RUN
great Bridge Run 4.5 mi 01:00 13:20 pace

This was my second City Running Guide tour and it was great. I love running the bridges and it was a beautiful morning and a great group.

  10. RUN
    alright 3.32 mi 00:35 10:32 pace

First run with City Running, after running the 5K last night this was a little bit rough and it was still really humid.

  11. Didn't run my long run this weekend because I had too much fun at my Fundraiser Thursday night and was sick all weekend. I guess I learned my lesson...but I'm disappointed that I didn... read more

  12. RUN
    alright 5K Test 3.1 mi 00:28 08:55 pace

This was really rough. I think I'm still getting over being sick plus it was really humid. I'm not sure that was my time because I was pretty tired as I crossed the finish line.

  13. RUN
good Prospect Park Run 4 mi 00:42 10:30 pace

Ran this nice and easy with my neighbor. Felt good, but still not feeling 100%

  14. RUN
good Hill Cresting 3 mi 00:30 10:00 pace

Tried to take this pretty easy because I definitely have a cold but couldn't keep myself from going to practice. Overall, it didn't feel too bad.

  15. RUN
good Short hill repeats 2 mi 00:30 15:00 pace

8 short uphill sprints, about 200 meters each. Felt good.
