Crosstraining workout this morning. Other than my rather spectacular spill on the on-ramp to 67S, it was a great ride! :)
Started to feel my glutes about halfway through the ride, but I pushed through and finished it strong. Needed that ride after the evening I had - nothing major, just cranky kids and tired Mom. Everything is good with endorphins.
