    Tough hill workout. Thighs were definitely burning during spin and abs and arms during core with the bosu. Great workout!

    Hit the treadmill since the kids are having a friend sleepover. It felt good but a mishap with the iPad made me walk slower than normal in the walking periods.

      Thank you Amanda! I'm trying my best. Another one this evening to keep going. Hopefully it will be outside but with the temp already very warm the basement treadmill might be a whole lot cooler.

  18. I took yesterday off due to crazy kid schedules but got back out there this morning. I felt good but it's starting to get hot. I couldn't get enough water when I came back.

    My thighs were tight but I managed to run farther than yesterday. With this race on the horizon i am motivated to get up and go at 5:30 am. It was a bit chilly but I enjoyed it.

      My first race was last Fall. I was so nervous! It was so good to have something to train for, though... And it got me out there when I really didn't want to. Really glad I did it!
