    Did an 800 warm up before practice, a mile warm up before the run, a timed mile run of 7:08 and finally another 800 cool down. Felt pretty nice :)

    Ran at a faster pace than I was used to but it went pretty well, just some minor feet issues. But having Murl and Ryan to run with makes it much easier :)
