1:30 is probably not the best time to head out for a double digit run, but I thought if Andy S. could run in 90+ degrees for 26.2 miles after 2.5 miles of swimming and 100+ miles of biking, I could muster up at least 10 miles. 2 stops at Quickshop helped. 2 deer sightings off the dirt road of 93rd street, a first in the middle of the day

You are a "heat monger"! Way to get it done out there. I just walked out into the sun, and thanked myself for not waiting. Sun and humidity are tough, not sure how you pulled this one off. Good job.

Wow.....I was drenched from the humidity at 9:00 or so when I finished. Can't imagine what the afternoon must have been like!

Yea, I struggled to mow the lawn this afternoon but though of Loyd Braun and figured I could do it! Finished at 11:45. Very inspired.
