Suppose to be 7 miles but cut it short, just wasn't feeling it at all today, side cramps then my new Yurbuds headphones came out after 1.5 miles and wouldn't stay in (still looking for a pair that doesn't come out!). Trying to run fast on a 12 laps to the mile track without music is not a recipe for success for me
