      Amy, I feel like I should be wearing a weight belt now and gloves. Hammy is better but not up for consective longer miles, hoping to try and do a 8-10 on Thanksgiving morning

    To take it easy and play safe with the hammy, broke this up into a morning run and Noon run. Hammy great after morning, little tight after Noon. No anticipated YMCA trips today though
