      I would like to know how you feel after 18 days of this. My legs feel better after a high mileage week, but I am scared of getting injured.

      They take about a .50 mile to warmup but then fine and feel better on my second runs of the day. Think I might try to roll this into a Lydiard type winter base of aerobic miles, training and see how it effects Spring running
