    2 pre work with Stella the 6 post work where a dog encounter made do about 20 yards of backwards waking for a varied workout. Now I know how cross fit people feel.

    2 miles with the dog before work then 4 after. The post work miles are a good tempo workout to see if I can get back before dinner hits the table. So far I have won each time

    2 pre church miles with the dog, 2 post church before lunch and 2 afternoon delight miles with the dog again. ✌️✌️✌️ She's gotten up to a 8 minute mile for 2 miles now
