  1. RUN
    11 mi 01:29 08:05 pace

  2. RUN
    TM Hill w/o 5 mi

tried something new this time and just went up the ladder, 2-10% every 2 min without the rest intervals in between. Needless to say I took the rest intervals on backside of this workout. Hoping fo... read more

Just an easy 5 today on the TM for recovery. Saw a guy rowing in red wing boots, Ron Micah L. have you tried this yet? Might be the key to a whole new world of PR's

  10. RUN
    Recovery 5 mi

Easy 5 miles in anticipation of some speed work tomorrow. Boy do I have a good embarrassing story involving underage kids to share at the next big group run. Better than the babysitting story of 2 ... read more
