  1. RUN
    7 mi

Alternated 1 mile walking and 1 mile of slow running until 6, then 1 mile cool down walk.. Finished with my achilles excercises.

  2. RUN
    5 mi 00:42 08:24 pace

Hoping playing it smart with the every other day routine and specific stretches continues to work. Definitely thankful for a TM on days like this

  3. RUN
    4 mi 00:49 12:15 pace

    Some treadmill walking post lunch.

  4. RUN
    4 mi 00:34 08:30 pace

Got some PT treatment and with the last 10 days off, was at least able to get in a slow 4 on the TM. Now will try and be smart and not run off turkey tomorrrow and wait til the weekend to try again

  5. FIT
    9 mi 01:02 06:53 pace

Not exactly Dillons but good to start off the day with a Elliptical sweat.

You looked like you were running. I felt like I was moving up and down.

early morning elliptical work since I'm off to see Dr. Jon at lunch

  8. RUN
    4 mi

No pass for the test run, no issues really while running but it was sore after. May have to give it a full 2-3 weeks off without any test runs.

That sounds smart. You should consider some DWR/deep water running in the meantime

Glad your Achilles is getting better, hate when those pace times are tough and how fast we lose it with time off. Still a great run and great miles! Nice job!

will probably try and be smart this week alternating running and elliptical days. Post work gym crowd much different than lunch crowd, more grunting from the weights area

    • Jerry

It is pretty quiet during lunch except for all the old folk's joints qreaking.
