      Amy - 5 min at about your 1200 interval pace, then 4 min recovery, then 4 min 10 seconds faster than the last one with 3 min recover, 3 min 10 sec faster with 2 min, etc...with the last 1 min interval all out speed. If you have the time then you can go back up the ladder, 1-5
