No I don't think so. I do most of my "real" (tm) tracking on TrainingPeaks.

You can attach your current weight to each workout - otherwise it carries forward from the last time you entered your weight. It uses the info to estimate calories burned and such, but doesn't really chart it over time or anything, but if you export your workouts you'll have your weight as you entered it for each one.
