      Are you guys running outside? Is it too icy? I've been anxiously waiting until Thursday, but not sure if the sidewalks will thaw enough for a lunch run

      Yes. We run outside regardless of the weather. It's not too icy. Especially if you use yak trax. I don't have any but they help a lot.
