    Nice run with a group.

    Stopped at the track to help a friend pace a few 800's around a 7 minute pace, then grabbed a couple more miles.

    Felt a little blah, but a little better performance than tuesdays melt down. Don't really know what my 2 mile time was, didn't take watch, but guessing somewhere between 13-14 minutes.
