    Very tired. Breathing hard, but body feels ok. Will do 1.75 miles under 20 minutes tomorrow!

    Wife forced me to get on the treadmill. I did a mile, no issues. Will do 1.5 tomorrow.

      Good job getting on the mill...the hardest part is starting. Now keep going and let the momentum build. I wasn't feeling the training this year either but am finally getting into the groove. Keep at it and before you know it you will be racing with Neang and I trying to break a 5k record among our group.

    It was a slow start but felt good running. I haven't ran in a few days and so wanted to take it easy. I'll try to do better tomorrow.

      Your last day of running should be Wednesday or Thursday. Nice easy runs nothing too hard. Save yourself for the race.

    Lungs hurt. Legs hurt. Tired. Walked and ran but couldn't do it. Feeling queasy and exhausted. Not a good run.

      We're doing so bad lately. But at least we're doing bad together so I don't feel so horrible. Let's get a good run in tomorrow huh? You did better than me today. Boohoo!     Overdid it yesterday. I was really tired today. Didn't feel like running. Went back and forth with running and walking. Lungs were hurting too. Exhausted and tired.

      Starting is half the battle. You never know how you will feel. Some days, you will feel crappy through out the run, other days, it will feel great after the first mile and you can go on forever but you never know unless you start. Regardless, that's two miles done.

      That's the competitive Seyha I like to see. It's always good to have some sort of motivation to keep you going. Just remember not to ramp up with too many mile in a short time span. The last thing you wanna do is get hurt.

      aww Seyah, I know that feeling. It's the worst! At least you were able to stick with it and walk. You're still giving your legs a workout :)

      The run was good. Muscles were a bit tight. Will try to maintain pace and increase distance today.

    Ran the whole way but was tired and out of breath. Legs got tired and lungs couldn't handle it. Breathing way too hard. Hoping to do 2 miles tomorrow.

      Great job, Seyha! The diff between getting better and staying the same is during those times when you feel you can't do something, but you're pushing yourself to do it, anyways. Everytime you do that you get mentally and physically stronger. Make sure you inhale and exhale on a reg basis. Alot of people forget to breathe when they are trying too hard to accomplish something..Are you going too fast too soon? If that's the case, decrease your speed and just work on controlling your breathing. Good luck!

      Keep it up man...like Neang said definitely have a plan and stick with it. I think Hayley was a role model for that when she trained for her marathon. There is definitely no better feeling to be able to check off a planned run. When you stick to a plan, you will be amazed at the results.
