2670 - Big miles yesterday mean worn out today, I think. So a light day for the workout. Also, heat is extreme today. Definitely can make you feel loggy.

    It was really hot yesterday. You had a lot of miles last month do you have a mile goal for this month?

    I'd like to go over 100 miles, but with the heat, don't know if that will happen even doing indoor workouts and I don't like to start in the dark for early although headlamps are kind of fun :-)
