19027 - Out early enough to be fairly good temperature. Seemed a bit faster today and went a long way. Discovered that shade and cooler helps keep the heart rate lower. Met a man just getting out of his car who commented that I was going - but not very fast. I nodded and told him it was a new training technique. He didn't seem too interested :-)
