    My climbing legs certainly aren't back yet, but I had not problem cruising on the flats and downhills. It felt 100x better than yesterday. It felt good to enjoy the 70+ degree weather.

    What more can I say... It was a great run. I didn't know if I could run this fast right now. It really upped my confidence. Boston should be a blast.

    Nice Run/hike look at deer day. Most of the snow has melted, and the mud wasn't sticky in most areas.
