    Very, very foggy. I made up stories about things along my route and creeped the living daylights out of myself to stay occupied. Sand has shifted a lot with recent storms. Very mushy underfoot.

      Dude! You did a half!? Awesome! Ran my first half three weeks ago, similar thing happened, came out fast and ended up hobbling the last 2 miles.

    Added 1.8 to this weeks daily 3.2 for the final run of the week. Trying for longer runs each Saturday. Went easier than expected. Had lots left "in the tank" at the end. Faster next time.
