    great Walk and run on hilly trails 4.6 mi

    It was a great effort by all. We shaved time off our last outing, ended with energy and enthusiasm. The girls, sans Aub who is injured, did FABULOUS.

      It's OK! These electronic gadgets are not infaillible, just like us humans. You click on edit on the bottom right. Click on what you want to change and just put the right numbers in. Or just keep it as is. It's good! It's all good! :+)

      LOL. Colleen did an 11 km run in 2 minutes the other day, we were amaaaazed. Too hilarious. Maybe she has an iPad too. Maybe *I* should get an iPad. Apparently you get really fast with one of those things.
