      hmmm. shouldn't they be helping your energy level...Hope your body adjust to them quickly and no more sleepy time feelings. Do you take anything for joints that you would recommend? I need to take something but not sure what to get. Tried fish oil but I can't stand the fish oil burps..blah!

      ooooh get Barleans flavored omega-3 oil (fish or flax). It's so good!! I mix it into my shakes or plain yogurt! The flax oil is a strawberry banana smoothie flavor, you can do it straight! (amazon has it, so does body building.com). No fish oil burps, I promise!! Glutamine is great for your joints too. A bottle of it will last you a long time.

    Went to do a slow, easy bike ride while reading my magazine, and powered through 8 miles. Took the last 2 easy to relax my legs... cycling is not my thing, but it felt good and I'm getting faster!
