Make-Up Tempo 8.19 km 00:58 11:20 pace

NOTE: Total time includes three stops at traffic lights. Moving time was 55:45 @ 6:48mpk

Went out with the aim of doing some sort of a make-up tempo for the failed session on Thursday. Made sure that I took it really easy in the beginning, and this helped prevent early deflation I believe ;)

Picked up the pace at 2 klicks, after I'd already passed all the traffic lights. Tried my best to maintain a 6:30mpk pace. Happy that despite (1) having to take three quick walk breaks, (2) the two hills that I had to climb, and (3) yesterday's 18K LSD, my overall pace for the 6.29K's of tempo was 6:33mpk.

Rewarded myself with half a bowl of seafood aglio olio spaghetti and a tall glass of nutella milkshake. What a sweet way to end the week :)
