      Excellent idea to get the run in before New Year's. I got to squeeze one in later today. Great job nonetheless with the run. Still staying at your regular pace with the knot and all. Massage and ice it so you don't aggravate it. Have a safe and Happy New Year.

      One more thing... it's not as big as other GPS systems... it's not much bigger than a normal wrist watch. Okay, I feel like a damn salesman here... no more pitching from me lol.

      we actually stayed and hung out for a little bit... walked around and took some pictures etc. I looked for you and Danks before and afterward but didn't see you guys. My feet are tender as all hell now. My ankles are used to tweaking from side to side like the did today, but damn, that was fun. Great scenery, great success!
