For some reason, my mind wasn't in this run. I think it had to do with the fact that I had a lot going on today and that squeezing this run in was pushing it, as far as timing goes. I was happy wh... read more

    great 11 mi 01:54 10:20 pace

OMG! One of my best runs ever! I felt awesome the entire run, my pace was pretty steady, and even "speedy" (for me) at certain points. Cannot believe I just did this.

  9. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:49 09:51 pace

A forced treadmill run but I made the most of it. I had to do 6, but I ran out of time (I also had to teach spin today) so I finished at 5. Ran with a 1% incline. I got really hot and sweaty at 2.2... read more

That lady friend is a witch sometimes. (Replace w with a b for what I really want to say ;) ) She visited me the night before my first 1/2 marathon. You can imagine how that experience was....You know, the pollen here has been horrendous lately and when I have gotten out to run lately breathing has been terrible for me as well- have you thought about taking Allegra or Claritin? That might help? There's always a bad run, we all have 'em! You got 5 good miles in girl!
