First workout after long winter-break. Maybe the T-Shirt was a little heroic for 2°C, but the sun was quite right. Parts of the track were still covered with snow, so I had to evade to the street.

Morning is the best time for a workout. Although you are tired after the workout you get a power-boost for the rest of the day. But I have to run more regulary. Once a week is too less.

I made a mistake ... I ate too much before the run. After half the distance I felt so ill, that I had to skip one of the running intervals.
