swim
great An afternoon surfing.. 03:00
Made the most of a bad weather day and headed out for surf, felt nice and toasty in the winter wetsuit. It was much more fun surfing with the seals than getting soaked on land, or napping on the sofa!

sounds like a good work out..

Cool, I'll take a look. My sister lives up there, so I've visited a few times, but I don't know the area that well.

Long before I ever started running I used to be inspired when I saw the London Marathon on tv - even though running was about the worst way of spending time I could think of!

good Heading to the woods 4.49 mi 00:50 11:01 pace
Nice run in the crisp evening air, made even better by the fact I got out into the countryside. 4.5 miles is starting to seem like an easy after work run.
