Got kicked out of the actual track, so we ran around the stadium instead, which is an awkward .48 miles or so. I went really easy on the way down, and it left me with enough to speed up on the way back up. Rest intervals were 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3 minutes, respectively. Splits were:
1600-: 6:35 pace
1200-: 6:36 pace
800-: 6:13 pace
400-: 5:53 pace
400: 6:02 pace
800-: 5:55 pace
