1.75 miles warm up, 5 miles tempo, 2.7 miles cool down. Tempo miles were: 6:23, 6:22, 6:28, 6:26, 6:28. We were forced to stop at a light .5 miles into and .5 miles from the end of the tempo, which was a mixed blessing. Overall I'm satisfied, if not ecstatic with this run. I would like to think my legs were less cooperative because of the mileage increase these last weeks, so hopefully once that starts to level off I'll be feeling a little quicker again.
