Was planning on 16, but ended up convincing myself to do some extra. There were also a few quick water breaks spread throughout. I really think I am only about a month from being able to run a 3:10 marathon or so. I'm not going to find out because I won't run a marathon, but my legs feel pretty good after 50 pretty fast miles this week.
