.75 mile warm-up to the gym - I skipped out on the first run, I was just feeling completely worn down - and then we got cooking. Splits came out to: 7:55, 6:36, 6:39, 6:38, 6:39, 6:34 and 6:20 (pace for last 0.3).
I worked on my mental game at the end for a while, getting myself into a predatory mindset. Running with aggression and intensity rather than fear.
