#dailymission Just about all the times I've gotten out for a (pre)-dawn run, I've enjoyed it. But man can sleeping in ever be nice.

Tough workout, but the soreness it caused is worse yet. Completed probably 60% of the reps, and cooled down earlier because of cramping (ate almost immediately beforehand).

Good core workout, the after-effects have shown that I need more work on my lower back strength especially. Probably did 65% of the reps or so.

Just trying these workouts out, and so far I like them. It seems preferable to the normal strength I had done (push-ups, crunches, pull-ups)- it hits the areas with a little more diversity.
