good Waban loop plus thug workout 6.32 mi 00:51 07:59 pace
Fave loop. Stopped this time for a tempo mile on the track and some pushups/situps.

Had a solid group of 10 and an awesome new route. Saw some of the nicest real estate in Lexington and a group of 4 deer in the woods.
