    Reasonable training ride with Team in Training. Mile 43 was a 7% grade followed by a short 14% climb, they took a lot out of me.

      Inhalers are one of those crucial things to bring along, sadly. And I find the mind games that I play with myself when I don't have one are almost worse than if I was truly having a bad asthma day. Sorry that you had difficulty, but great ride!
