  1. This week wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. Too much going on, just didn't get the miles I wanted. Next week will be better :D

  2. RUN
great Idlewilde Park 3.23 mi 00:40 12:24 pace

First time I ran any portion of Idlewilde Park since RTO last year. Coming back down the same path that was the finish for RTO gave me flashbacks. Man I wish I could go this year!

    P.S.

This was my first run with the Virbrams got to say I am loving them. I felt my stride adjust instantly and it felt good more natural to me. I rarely struck heel first. I decided to put them thro... read more

great Rancho San Rafael 2.01 mi 00:32 15:49 pace

  7. RUN
great Around the Block 2.26 mi 00:30 13:13 pace

COLD so damn cold. I am wanted to run the Marina with the rest of RRF but life got in the way. So I decided to run around the neighbor hood I live in. It was a great run, but so cold.

  8. RUN
great Out the door 1.05 mi 00:16 15:32 pace

The running felt great, too damn short though, too many things interrupted me in the run. First let someone know that their dome light was on in their car. Then just, JUST as I was getting to Vir... read more

    great Horseman's Park 3.04 mi 00:45 14:46 pace

Great run! Did a negative split, 24 minutes to get to the half way point, 20 to get back! It was a beautiful evening, though I did get to see a drunk teenager getting arrested. That to be honest... read more

  11. RUN
good VA Hospital and back 1.89 mi 00:30 15:52 pace

I had forgotten how much stopping and going you have when running in the city. Rex did a good job of stopping at every intersection and sitting until I said it was OK to go.

good Virginia Lake 2.35 mi 00:35 15:05 pace

The Virginia Lake run is nice anytime of the day but my favorite time to run it has to be at night when the sun is down and the moon is up and it is nearly deserted. You can hear the lake and smel... read more
