Felt pretty good till the it band started acting up at about 4 miles. Backed off and cut run short.

Rolled ankle 5 miles into what should have been an 8 mile run. Walked most of the way home. Gimpy jogged/walked/hobbled the last .5. This is really bad. May need to go to hospital.

Sorry to hear that Sean...those suck. I stepped into a storm drain about 10 years ago...it still reminds me of that every now and then. The quicker you get in, the sooner you start healing and rehabbing...

I did wear the brace. I don't know if it hurt because of too much too soon or the ten pounds of wet clothes I was in. Bad storm came through about 2 miles in
