    Wish I had snowshoes for that run. Ran most of it on sidewalks that were not shoveled or on the side of the road in the slop. Good cardio though.

    Strength workout. 1.5 mile warm up, 6 x 1 mile (6:35-6-46), with a 400 recovery in between, 1.5 mile cool down. Not quite sure why I couldn't do anything on Saturday this felt easy.
