    Felt pretty good till the it band started acting up at about 4 miles. Backed off and cut run short.

      I did wear the brace. I don't know if it hurt because of too much too soon or the ten pounds of wet clothes I was in. Bad storm came through about 2 miles in

    Felt really good and relaxed taped my foot for run. No pain now but will see after tape comes off. Pace is off, phone says above, GPS watch says 7:18 pace. Not sure which is right

    Rolled ankle 5 miles into what should have been an 8 mile run. Walked most of the way home. Gimpy jogged/walked/hobbled the last .5. This is really bad. May need to go to hospital.

      Sorry to hear that Sean...those suck. I stepped into a storm drain about 10 years ago...it still reminds me of that every now and then. The quicker you get in, the sooner you start healing and rehabbing...

      it is sore this morning if i turn it too much but I can put weight on it and walk fine. Looks like I dodged a bullet (again). I just need to watch out for rocks while running.
