good First ever 20 miler 20.01 mi 03:02 09:06 pace

Started out feeling kinda, meh. After eleven or so I started feeling stronger, but I forced myself to keep the pace the same and pretty well cruised to the end. Once again, my wife "crewed" for me, bringing me fresh water bottles and more Hammer gels. And oh yeah, encouragement! A quick ice bath afterward has helped my legs already start feeling better. Very happy!

Sean - AWESOME job out there, absolutely awesome. Many congrats to you and man, super-wife really came through for you as well. She is the greatest, please send her a hello for me.

Enjoy the run and the rest Sean that sub 4 is right there for you at Chicago - Don't worry about running your next 20 any faster or "better" - it is COMPLETELY irrelevant. Just stay with the plan and get your rest this week. So proud of you Sean - you are doing awesome!
