Beautiful evening for a tempo run. I'm getting a little better with consistency, but there's always one outlier mile. Plan, 2 mi warmup, 6 miles tempo at 8:10, 2 mi cool down. Tempo splits: 8:07, 8:03, 8:06, 8:05, 7:57, 8:02.
