Yep, if you run due east, you'll eventually make it back home. It may take awhile, and you might need to learn to swim, but consider it an ultimate biathalon.

Lunge with pulse: take a step forward, go down into lunge, come most of the way back up, then go back down, then all the way up, then step again. Legs a burnin' by the end. I do these by going across the gym and back.
