(PACE=Avg8:23/Moving8:22/Best6:37) (Temp75Ish) Christmas day run with crazy nice sunny weather! Did not really paid attention to my heart rate monitor hence the above "NoMAF" mention. I am Running only once a week since at least 3 weeks with the benefit of feeling my legs well rested at any run but today I was slower than last week personal record... still few 11 miles runs until 12 miles when I will have more time to run per week.

Thanks Brianna! Not sure if it is that great frankly...I wishes to be in between 7:30 & 8:00 for my pace instead of always being in between 8:00 & 8:30.

Yeah!! But I noticed too that few days of rest with a shorter distance and my average pace fall easily in between 7.45 & 8.00
