      @Ape: Thanks Ape! I carried the NB's in my left hand and small Nathan water jug on the right...I liked it because it is balanced and the NB's are easy to grip whatever if soles are against each-other or the other way around.

      Oh yes she is funny! I saw the same song on stage and its very flat....lyrics aren't really refined either but on this video it all come together pretty well...that's why I shared it.

      I agree got some speed on shorter distance...may have buildup an increase in overall pace on 6Miles while keeping it slow on 11miles... go figure. Happy New Year to you as well! ;)
