    I finally have my legs back. My calves didn't hurt at all thanks to heel striking. My calves needed a rest from all this forefoot striking.

    OOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!! My calves are trashed. I ran 2X2 miles and then 2xmile. 10:34, 10:26, 5:18, 5:19. Gaspy took it out of me for sure. I can't wait to feel normal again.

    I got a blister at mile 8 but it didn't slow me down. I finished 10th which was my goal but my 5:45 goal pace wouldn't have done it. I had so much fun!!
