Ran most of it at anywhere from 6.5-8.0. Probably not a good idea! But I survived! My training update says I've burned 18 lbs and 346 donuts this week. Then why do I still weigh the same??? Oh...probably because I've eaten 347 donuts this week! Gotta cut back!
