    First time running in more than a week beacause of bronchitis that I could not get rid of. I just ran 2 miles today to get back into the groove. I felt very good.

    i wasn't going to run today. Forced myself to go out at 10:00 at night. I need to stick with my schedule, it's hard sometimes, but I have to do it.

      Good for you for forcing yourself. Force yourself enough times and it will become a habit. My first two weeks were rough, but now I'm really enjoying my exercise time. TV has taken a back seat for sure!
